Yesterday Skromestyo Janick and Silie Slotebrak signed and exchanged rings at the Norwegian Embassy in Sofia. "This is the first gay marriage ceremony in a Norwegian embassy in the world," proudly noted the Norwegian ambassador in Sofia- Tove Skartstein.
